Installation steps

Sash

• Secure the template frame to the workpiece
• Insert the template insert
• Mill with a Ø20.00 mm milling cutter (copying ring Ø30.00 mm for top milling)

Box

• Insert the door leaf into the frame. The rebate gap of 4.0 mm on the frame side is already taken into account in the design of the template frame.
• Depending on the door construction, screw the compensation spacer onto the template.
• Fix the frame drilling template in the milled recess of the door leaf and drill the required holes.
• Remove the door leaf from the frame and screw in and align the frame parts, taking into account the thickness of the seal.
• Screw the hinge leaf part into the milled recess, place the door leaf into the frame and install the hinge pin.
