  • door closer with guide rail and built-in hold-open device, fully integrated into door leaf
  • guide rail is visible only when the door is open
  • suitable for fire safety doors that must remain open:
    • the guide rail feeds 24V power from the fire detection and alarm system, and the door remains in an open position
    • in case of an emergency, the power supply is interrupted, and the door automatically closes
    • it is recommended to install a local switch near the door to switch the power off manually and release the door from the hold-open position
    • use in fire and smoke safety doors requires proof of suitability for the door
