Milling frame for ANSELMI AN161 hinges

  • Set includes a milling frame and a fastener
  • Routing templates are sold separately
  • universal use for both left and right hand doors
  • routing templates are available for rent
  • to be used with a Ø24 mm cutter and a 30 mm collar ring (sold separately)


Installation

  1. Using clamp rods, attach the fastener to the milling frame
  2. Adjust the fastener to the rebate construction and fix in place with fastening screws
  3. Using the clamping wheel, secure the milling frame onto the workpiece
  4. Insert a routing template and roughly adjust using the values given for the rail and the angle
  5. Fine-adjust the setup using spindles
