Milling frame for SIMONSWERK BAKA 4000 hinges

Installation steps

Sash

• Secure the template frame to the workpiece
• Insert the template insert
• Mill with a Ø20.00 mm milling cutter (copying ring Ø30.00 mm for top milling)

Box

• Replace the drilling/milling template in the template frame
• Depending on the door construction, install side stops. Standard position - 18 mm rebate and 4 mm rebate gap
• Secure the drilling template to the blank. The rebate gap on the box side is taken into account in the template frame
• Drill holes in the box with a Ø6.0 mm drill bit
• Mill with a Ø20.00 mm milling cutter (total milling cutter ring Ø30.00 mm)
• Insert the receiving structure and secure it with fastening pins
