Indoor sliding ladders mounted on a rail, featuring a classic roller mechanism and extended side rails, are designed to provide convenient and safe access to particularly high shelves. The extended side rails project above the track and serve as handles, providing additional support when reaching greater heights. This allows users to stand safely and securely on the top rung to reach books or other items on the highest shelves. A second roller on the track prevents the ladder from being accidentally lifted off the track. By lifting the ladder slightly, it can be moved easily and smoothly to the desired section of shelving. TANGENS ladders provide convenient and safe access to high shelves, making efficient use of the available room height. They are suitable for flats and houses with high ceilings, as well as offices, retail spaces, shops and, in particular, libraries.

A variety of step materials, finishes and colours allows the ladder design to be tailored to the interior, creating a harmonious overall look in which the ladder becomes not only a functional element but also an integral part of the interior design.
