• top-mounted door closer body with guide rail TS 5000 E and integrated electrical Hold-Open device
• for fire and smoke protection doors, khat must be in the open position at all times:
  • when the guide rail is supplied with 24V power from the UATS, the door is fixed in the open position
  • in the case of an alarm, the power is cut off and the door is automatically closed
  • it is recommended to install a local switch near the door so that it is possible to decentralize the power supply and release the door from the locking position
